Zendaya’s Birthday Tribute To Boyfriend Tom Holland
Zendaya and Tom Holland, the on-screen and off-screen romance of Spider-Man, keep a quiet profile most of the time, but for Holland’s 26th birthday today, Zendaya went all out to show her love for him. “Happy of birthdays to the one who makes me the happiest <3,” Zendaya captioned a beautiful snapshot of the two, tagging Holland in it.
Zendaya and Holland told GQ in the fall that the public’s fascination with their romance is weird to them. “[The public infatuation] was quite strange and weird and confusing and invasive,” she explained. “The similar sentiment [we both share] is that when you truly love and care about someone, there are some moments or things that you wish were your own… I think loving someone is a sacred and special thing that you want to deal with, go through, experience, and enjoy amongst the two people who love each other.”
Holland went on to say that the two really wish to keep their connection private. They didn’t want the public to know about their relationship after images of them kissing in a vehicle surfaced last summer.
“I don’t think it’s about not being ready [to be public about it]. It’s just that we didn’t want to,” he stated. “It’s not a discussion I can have without her,” he said of what he does share now. I respect her too much to say anything… This isn’t my narrative. This is our tale. And we’ll discuss what it is when we’re ready to discuss it together.”
Queen Elizabeth II And Meghan And Harry’s Daughter Lilibet Have Officially Met
According to Entertainment Tonight, Queen Elizabeth II and her great-granddaughter Lilibet “Lili” have met. According to a source, Lili and the Queen met for the first time on Thursday following Trooping the Colour. Lili’s older brother, Meghan Markle, and Prince Harry’s oldest son, Archie, were also present to visit the Queen for the second time.
Lili’s parents, Meghan and Harry, attended the Queen’s birthday parade but were not in the carriage procession or on the balcony to witness the flyover with the Queen. Instead, they and other royal family members observed the march from the Major General’s Office. Photographers were able to see Meghan and Harry as they emerged in the window. The Duchess of Sussex was photographed wearing a beautiful off-the-shoulder blue gown and a Stephen Jones wide-brimmed hat.
Meghan and Harry joined the royal family at the National Service of Thanksgiving this morning. Lili’s first birthday is coming up tomorrow. According to Entertainment Tonight, the Queen plans to meet Lili again to commemorate the occasion. It’s unknown if a photo of Lili and the Queen meeting will be made public. Meghan and Harry have made a point of keeping their children’s privacy and out of the gaze of photographers.
Last year, when Lili was born, the parents revealed why they called baby Lili through their Archewell foundation. “Her Majesty The Queen’s family nickname is Lilibet, and Lili is named after her great-grandmother. Diana was selected as her middle name in honor of her late grandmother, Princess of Wales, according to the organization.
“On June 4th, we were blessed with the arrival of our daughter, Lili,” the couple said in a statement. We are grateful for the love and prayers we’ve received from all across the world since she is more than we could have anticipated. Thank you for your ongoing compassion and support at this particularly difficult time for our family.”
